OpenTrack can use AR markers instead of wearing LEDs (see https://github.com/opentrack/aruco) but TG using the phones camera to track AR markers for position would be tricky with you turning your head.

Thanks I’ll give this a try, I’d only got mouselook working in E:D and its (annoyingly) disabled in stations.

On the subject of a headstrap for a Google cardboard, I found a length of 3″ thick elastic from from a Haberdashery and a hot glue gun or stapler works fine.

I wasn’t expecting it to be top of the list to be honest being that its not used that much but it’ll be a cool feature if it ever works (for me at least).

I forgot I’ve also had it working with Space Engineers (fake 3D and mouselook) and Crysis 2 (native SBS 3D, but didn’t try headtracking) connecting either through Wifi or a normal (as in not reversed) USB tether.

Ive had ArmA3 working with Freetrack and fake 3D, Elite Dangerous with native 3D and mouselook and DCS World with native 3D but no head tracking so far.
