Hey so I have a 4k tv set up as well. I got the headset to work, however I cannot seem to make it run in anything over 60fps because that is the highest refresh rate supported by my TV. After setting custom resolutions and frame rates to make it run more smooth at 90 fps on the psvr hmd, I could no longer get the display to work properly because the two had different refresh rates. How might I solve this problem?

Nvidia or AMD? I have an AMD card and I am able to put in a custom resolution with 90 Hz in the Caralyst Control Panel. I believe it’s working because I can easily tell that flicker is gone against white scenes once I use that custom resolution.

You should also be using 2 video inputs on your video card. Your monitor should be on a separate HDMI, etc so you can have it set to 60 Hz. Then plug your PSVR Control box into a separate HDMI, so that you get it to show as a separate monitor and can use a different refresh rate.
