    Tried for over an hour to email support. Failed.


    try sending your email and waiting more than an hour?


    indeed, you need to be a bit more patient (I’m not going to reply at 2am, no matter how many times you spam 😉
    the response time is usually about a couple of days.
    If you are re-installing Windows/modifying PC/etc. often, need to reset your license frequently and don’t want to wait for support response, you can order a second license.
    This way you avoid delays (you can switch licenses while awaiting response) and also provide continued support to Trinus development.
