Hi, new user here. I recently hooked up my PSVR to my laptop, but the video output seems to be a little off. I don’t really know how to explain what I’m seeing, but basically if I close one eye I can kind of the see the screen (desktop) better with the eye that’s open. I’m guessing it’s some kind of misalignment. I’m using the Predator 17 gaming laptop, It actually has an hdmi out but to utilize the dedicated graphics (Nvedia 980m) I have to use a usb-c/thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter. I’m wondering if that is what is causing any issues with the weird video feed. I’m using the supplied hdmi cable that i’m connecting to the usb-c to hdmi adapter. I tried just using the hdmi port, but the video signal appears to be the same. I also have the laptop connected to my hdtv.

    breakdown of my setup:

predator 17 laptop usb-c to hdmi connected to the psvr headset

standard hdmi out on the laptop is connected to the hdtv.

    everything is set to 1080p.

I tried directly connecting the psvr headset without the hdtv and it doesn’t change anything.

desktop won’t be SBS (two images side by side), you need to use SBS content (SteamVR, games with native support, etc.)
