    Good morning everyone.

    I am having such trouble with the new update of Trinus PSVR 1.0.7

    I have always had slight drift from either left or right and my reset button with All Axis tick box checked, it is fine. I would drift, i would look at where I wanted my reset , hit my button and all set for a good 20 to 30 min.

    Now, its horrible. At calibration, the start room is fully reversed! I am looking backwards. By time the game starts, it is looking forward slightly, but hitting the reset button is not as it was. I have massive drift not only from left to right, but rotation, and Up and down!
    I am always reluctant to upgrade as they are full of bugs and usually stay with what has been working.
    I hope someone out there can offer some help on this as the dead zones, sensor smoothing, yay offset, drift correction factor ect are of no help.

    Appears to be mass issues in the starting sensor calibration, as the orientation is inverted on the z.

    So it has been a few days now, and there has not been one word from any developers about this issue. I have supported this product for about two years now, and have always spoke very highly about it, as the group of players I work with have all been using paid versions of it. Sadly it has failed us in quality and the most disappointing part is in customer service.

    I understand that bugs can happen, that changes in other functions of software can cause challenges for developers attempting to make things communitate and there will be times of trouble. For those out there that are reasonable and understand this, when it comes to communication from the developers stating something simple as “We understand there has been problems, we are working on it now, and with your help we can solve it faster, please provide the following trouble shooting information@ ect.. and most will understand and work together to help solve the issue. But for there to be total dead air from developers has just been a total let down.

    I have scrapped this program all together and have had to go with a steam based product that has met not only the technical side of working properly, but also the most important of communication pre sale, after sale , and follow up.

    I do wish you all the best and out of respect not going to blast the other products name on this forum because I think that giving the benefit of the doubt to the developers of Trinus to resolve the issues is a fair call. But a caution to communicate and help your customers as when they leave it deflates your hard work even more. I can only say for myself that I am officially saying goodbye.

    Similar issue here. I’m used to having the room face backward from where I start, but before I could just reset from the right angle and I’m fine.

    The newest version introduces an exceptionally bad drift that not only rotates me from left to right but adds roll to the equation. This was never a problem until now, and it increases the longer an instance of Trinus is operating.

    When I reset (all axis checked or not), my pitch and roll both go haywire. I’ll end up facing severely up or down, and after a few tries the landscape is tilted 90 degrees. I’ve even had the steam VR window turn completely upside-down.

    More insultingly, the backup version I kept (I learned to do that after I couldn’t get past the red window on my old build) refuses to operate, telling me it’s out of date. Trinus has now been coded so I can only use the newest, non-working version.

    This was one of my absolute favorite pieces of software in the past and the progress it’s made toward 3D emulation made me so happy, but now I can’t use the program for more than 15 minutes without major issue.

    I hope this gets fixed soon, but if not that just makes twice Trinus has left users in the dust.

    I run through Steam and paid the $11.00 and got iVRy driver for SteamVR.

    Delete Trinus fully before downloading. Once loaded, you will see it in software. Start Stream. Plug in your headset. (Do not turn on.) then Start the iVRy Driver for SteamVR. Your headset will flash and then sync. Make sure your StreamVR is updated to 1.8.21 as well. It is simple to use, no calibration and the slight drift is fixed by hitting the volume button on the under side of the headset. Works great. When you first power up if the view is on it’s side. Just give it about 30 sec it will set to level. I would highly suggest it as Trinus ias become unusable.

    I’m having similar issue with new version. World slowly turning to the point where I look forward and seeing a floor. Never happened before.
    Really annoying issue but at least it seems new dead zone option helped with jittering issue which is a huge improvement. But it’s hard to check it for sure since heavy drift makes PSVR unusable. I hope it’ll get fixed in the next release. I don’t want to switch to iVRy, Trinus so far works much better for me but something got broke since the end of summer. Before it worked flawlessly.
