I have set up Trinus VR this afternoon.
After some struggling with my computer settings I finally managed to get it to work fine in video games (bioshock infinite), but I still have no headtracking on 360° youtube videos.
As I understand it, 360 youtube videos require mouse button to be pressed for rotation. Idk if there’s an alternative control scheme, so my suggestion would be to use a tool like AutohotKey.
This allows adding script actions to the mouse, for example to toggle left mouse click, so YT thinks that you are keeping the button pressed.
I posted an example of this here http://oddsheepgames.com/?topic=mario-kart-in-vr
(note that the included script is for right button, so it needs to be edited)
Thank you for your answer!
Ok I understand the problem. I can stil play it directly through my phone so it was really a question of comfort (laziness…).
The more important is that I can play video games through your app.
Thank you for your help and for this wonderfull alternative to expensive VR headsets !
