license problem

    Hi.

    I have already sent several e-mails regarding my license and still no answer 🙁
    I had to reinstall windows because of a problem i had in my computer. When i bought the license 18 October 2018, i never got any e-mail with the license key, i just wrote it down in the program and it worked fine. I was expecting at least an e-mail with the license number…
    Now i don’t know the number and i really need to activate it.

    Can you please solve this?
    I have sent e-mails to support@trinusvr.com by my e-mail archric253@gmail.com with all the info you asked me.

    No point on making this post, emailing support is the way to go. Just make sure you provide all the necessary details and wait for a response.
