Adjusting the x-scale should stretch it out. If you want to do some math, you can look at the resolution that fake3D is projecting at and compare that to the resolution of the program/game. If you set the x-scale and y-scale to the inverse ratio of the difference, you should get a faithful reproduction of how the game looks on a normal screen. If that sounds like geeklatin, just play around with the scale adjustments in lens settings until it looks good 😉
