    Hi ! I apologize for posting this here but I recently got into vr again and tried to launch trinus PSVR from a computer where i already bought the software key, it worked pretty well but after a windows reset the sowtware is asking for a new key again. As I mentionned above I already bought a key but that was 2 or 3 years ago and i can’t find any receipt about it, also the key is nowhere to be found. However I remember what email should be linked to the payment, the payment method that was used and more.

    I tried to contact the support several times but got no answers and I don’t really know where I should go to get some help. I would really like to use the software again without the time restriction and without having to pay for it a second time as I’m using the same computer. Could someone help please ?

    Hi, I haven’t found any pending request in my mailbox (spam included).
    Please try sending through a different e-mail address (in case it is filtered out) or through private message on facebook.
